If you are interested in registering your child into one of our children’s programs, please fill out the Registration Form and the Program Choice Sheet. If you are not yet a member of the community centre, please also fill out the Membership Information Form. Membership is mandatory and it is $40.00 for a year. As of September 1, 2016, membership fee will be $45.00 for a year. Please refer to the Membership Fee page for a detailed price increase.
In order for the Centre to accept your registration form and to process payment, please keep in mind you have to fill out the registration form, the program choice sheet AND the membership form (if you are not yet a member).
Once all the forms are filled out, please bring them back to the Centre (in-person, e-mail or fax) no later than Tuesday, September 6 at 9:30 p.m. Registration forms will be picked at random by staff until each class is full. (This is a lottery process.) Families will be notified by telephone by September 10 & 12.
Please Note: a minimum number of registered/paid participants is required to run each class.

Camp Pal-O-Mine goes on 2 day trips each week!
Trips planned this summer:
Toronto Island, AGO, Artistic Way, Putting Edge golf course, CNE Kids’ World, Planet Fun, Laser Quest, Kidsports…plus visits from Magic Marcus &
Games, sports, arts & crafts, swimming/water play every Friday & special theme day every Friday afternoon!
$170.00 per week for day camp (hours 10:00 am to 4:00 pm)
Includes all admission & activity fees, transportation costs & healthy afternoon snack + Camp Pal-O-Mine ball cap.
Plus CECC Annual Family Membership fee of $40.00
Morning & afternoon extended hours available:
8:00 am to 10:00 am ($20.00 per week) and/or 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm ($20.00 per week) ($40.00 per week for both AM and PM)
